Vienna’s Haus Hofmannsthal gets a head start on Piotr Beczala’s 50th birthday this December with a special exhibit on the career of the star tenor and Vienna resident. Having opened on Monday, April 25, the exhibition on Piotr’s career — featuring glimpses at his work on the stages of Linz, Vienna, new York, Tokyo, London, and beyond.

As part of the exhibition, a sculpture of Piotr’s face, made by Polish sculptor and fellow Austrian resident Andrzej Pietrzyk, is featured as a special inclusion.
