Tomorrow’s performance of Un ballo in maschera, starring Piotr Beczala in an acclaimed performance as Gustav III, will be webcast live from the Wiener Staatsoper. Presented as part of the “Staatsoper Live” streaming service, Gianfranco de Bosio’s production of Verdi’s tragedy of love and state can be streamed on a time-delay to allow audiences around the world to watch in prime time.

Piotr stars opposite Dmitri Hvorostovsky as Count Anckarström and Krassimira Stoyanova as Amelia. Nadia Krasteva is Ulrica. Tickets to view the stream are available for €14 at StaatsoperLive.com.
