Christmas Concerts at Wiener Konzerthaus

Following this month’s conclusion of Rigoletto at the Metropolitan Opera, Piotr Beczala returns to Vienna for two concerts at the Wiener Konzerthaus. The star tenor joins an all-star lineup of colleagues including Angelika Kirchschlager, Valentina Nafornita, and Artur Rucinski, for “Christmas in Vienna 2015,” celebrating the holiday season on December 18 and 19.

Joined by the ORF Radio-Symphonieorchester Wien, Wiener Singakademie, and Wiener Sängerknaben under the baton of Erwin Ortner, the ensemble offers a selection of seasonal songs and ensemble numbers to set the mood for Advent.
