Piotr Beczala stars in new-to-Chicago production of Lucia di Lammermoor

This month, Piotr Beczala returns to the Windy City for Lucia di Lammermoor at Lyric Opera of Chicago.

Starring in a new-to-the-company production of Donizetti’s masterful tragedy directed by Graham Vick, the star tenor reprises his acclaimed account of Edgardo opposite Albina Shagimuratova as Lucia and Quinn Kelsey as Enrico. Rounding out the cast is Adrian Sâmpetrean as Raimondo, and Enrique Mazzola conducts the performances.

Lucia opens on October 15, with encore performances October 19, 23, 26, and 29 and November 1 and 6. Click here for ticket information.
