Piotr Beczala returns to the Metropolitan Opera stage for the first of two performances this season. The star tenor is part of an all-star pairing in Puccini’s La Bohème, reprising his acclaimed account of Rodolfo opposite Kristine Opolais as Mimì.

Joining the cast are Brigitta Kele as Musetta, Massimo Cavalletti as Marcello, Patrick Carfizzi as Schaunard, and Ryan Speedo Green as Colline. Marco Armiliato conducts performances taking place November 16, 19, 23, 26, and 29 and December 3 and 8.

Following the first two showings, November 23’s performance will be broadcast on the Metropolitan Opera’s website and Sirius XM channel beginning at 7:25 pm. Click here for more information.
